Regimen

My bedtime Regimen is simple.... I first moisturize my hair with Cantu Shea Butter. I flat twist my hair in the front, and create twist in th back. I pin all twist using 2 bobby pins, than cover with a satin bonnet! Depending on how i feel, i may leave my hair twisted throughout the week, slightly covered with a beanie......

************** I normally co wash my hair once or twice a week ,dependng on how my hair feels. Sometmes my hair is full of build up from the gel and or twist cream, so i co wash it to remove the dirt and get a clean feel. Burt's Bees Condtioner runs about $6.99, and White Rain Tropical Coconut $1.00. Both leave my hair feeling soft and clean. They both have a wonderful soft scent. *************
